Cannot fault this little local restaurant. Delicious food at a very good price and friendly staff, a favourite place of ours not to be missed. On the Road towards the Bizarre. You will not be disappointed.

AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING! Instantly greeted with a warm smile from our waitress who gave impeccable service throughout our meal! The food was exquisite - so we came here more than once and tried a range of dishes. We loved it all! Rustic, traditional, authentic and carefully thought-out Mauritian food served at a very reasonable price. NOTE: they take cash only!

Very cheap yet tasty Mauritian food with great service! The bol renversé and the curry was super good, if you're searching for Creole food, this is the right place :)

Authentic, rustic Mauritian restaurant in Grand Baie! If you are a tourist looking to try some classic Mauritian cuisine- GO HERE! We dined here during our stay in Mauritius in November time, and we thoroughly enjoyed it! Fantastic curry octopus and curry fish, that we highly recommend. Thank you so much to chef and the manager for making our evening so wonderful :)

Ate here 3 of our 5 nights in the town. Found it very good value, and in particular good to be able to drink wine with my meal at a reasonable price. Others praise the service but on the whole we were served by a young girl (daughter?) who still has a lot to learn. On each occasion we shared a starter, had a half litre of red wine, two or 3 beers, 2 main courses as well as 2 espresso on two occasions. The bill ranged from 1235-1425 rupees. They don't take cards. Highlights for us were:fish Croquettes, spring rolls, calimari with peppers onion and rice. Espresso was also very good, hot, smooth and strong.

One of the best if not the best places I’ve eaten in Mauritius! The food is absolutely delicious and the prices are amazing. I highly recommend their Mauritian dishes (curries) and whole fish which without the doubt was the best I had on the island! Also I must mention the lady working there - she is so genuine, nice and polite. It’s a pleasure returning to this place! Highly recommending.
